“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Galatians 6:9

WHAT’S THE PLAN?

Protect Women’s and Girls’ Sports

Policy: Pass a federal law guaranteeing that biological males are never allowed to compete in women’s and girls’ athletics—at any level, in any state, under any administration.

Why: Even with President Trump’s executive order, states like California, Maine, and Washington openly refuse to obey and continue allowing biological males into women’s sports. This proves that executive action alone is not enough—we need a binding federal law. Radical state leaders have abandoned fairness, safety, and basic reality. Female athletes deserve equal opportunity, not ideological experiments that put them at risk. This bill ends the insanity and restores fair, safe, and protected women’s sports.

Health Wallets & Supply-Side Healthcare Reform

Policy: Create personal Health Wallets that send healthcare subsidies directly to the patient, not to insurance companies or federal bureaucracies.

Why: For decades, big insurance monopolies and Washington insiders have controlled healthcare prices and choices. They profit while Americans struggle. Politicians protect the system instead of fixing it. This plan breaks their monopoly, drives prices down, increases transparency, and finally puts power back in the hands of patients where it belongs.

End Forced Subscription Models for Basic Products

Policy: Ban companies from disabling product features unless customers pay for a subscription. If you buy a car, printer, TV, or appliance, it must work without forced monthly payments.

Why: Corporations have quietly shifted to a model of forced subscriptions, where products you buy are intentionally crippled until you pay extra. Politicians have allowed this abuse to continue unchecked. This bill protects consumers, restores true product ownership, and ends corporate exploitation.

Parental Rights & Curriculum Transparency Act

Policy: Require all schools receiving federal funds to publicly post curriculum materials, allow parents to opt out of inappropriate content, and cut federal funding to any school that hides information from families.

Why: Bureaucrats and activist school boards—especially in states like California—have worked to shut parents out of their children’s education. They hide curriculum, push ideology behind parents’ backs, and treat families as obstacles. This bill restores parental authority, transparency, and accountability in education.

Mandatory Federal Life Sentences for ALL Child Predators

Policy: Pass a bill that creates the toughest child-protection law in American history. The bill mandates life imprisonment without parole for ALL child predators—including anyone who purchases, attempts to purchase, solicits, traffics, exploits, abuses, or participates in the sexual exploitation of ANY minor under 18.
No plea deals, no reduced charges, no leniency. If you harm a child, you die in prison—period.

Why: States like California have shown the country how weak and dangerous their leadership has become. California Democrats recently blocked and gutted legislation that would have simply made buying 16- and 17-year-olds a felony. Instead of defending children, they chose to defend criminals. This isn’t just a policy failure—it’s a moral collapse.

When states refuse to protect kids, Congress must step in with the full force of federal power. This bill overrides weak state laws, closes every loophole, and ensures no state government—no matter how careless or politically extreme—can ever allow child abusers to walk free again.

Under this law, every predator who targets a child will face one outcome: life behind bars with no possibility of parole.

Eliminate the Marriage Penalty in Government Assistance

Policy: Ensure that no federal assistance program punishes married couples. The plan doubles income thresholds, standardizes household definitions, and phases out benefits gradually so marriage is never a financial disadvantage.

Why: For years, government programs have penalized marriage, weakened families, and trapped millions in poverty. States like California amplify the problem with policies that ignore the importance of stable homes. Strong families reduce crime, reduce poverty, and improve child outcomes. Washington should strengthen families, not sabotage them. This policy does exactly that.

True Digital Ownership Law

Policy: If a company uses the word “BUY,” then the purchaser must have permanent ownership of the movie, book, music, or digital product—no deletions, removals, or licensing tricks.

Why: Big Tech companies sell digital products they can take back at any time, which is nothing less than digital theft. They hide behind legal fine print while politicians look away. This law forces honesty, protects consumers, and restores the meaning of the word “own.”

National Voter ID Requirement

Policy: Require a government-issued photo ID for all federal elections, with states required to offer IDs free of charge to ensure universal access.

Why: The only people who oppose voter ID are politicians who benefit from weak election security. Americans deserve elections that are secure, honest, and trustworthy. Voter ID is supported by a vast majority of the country because it prevents fraud, strengthens confidence, and protects every legal vote—without preventing any eligible voter from participating.
